Furniture Direct will offer delivery service only to listed buyer(s) on the invoice. In certain situations we may deliver to third parties with your consent who are 18 years of age or older. Once you or your designated third party accepts delivery you cannot exchange or return your furniture. Please inspect your furniture for damage or defects, no returns or exchange claims will be accepted after you or your designated third party signs your delivery slip. Under no circumstances will Furniture Direct be responsible for furniture that does not fit in your home, doorways, walls, stairs or any other structure(s). So please be sure to measure before you purchase.

Returns & Replacements
It's ok to change your mind. However all returns are at the sole discretion of Furniture Direct. Returns must be returned to our restocking warehouse in the original packaging with no damage. Returns will be subject to a forty percent restocking fee. Under no circumstances will Furniture Direct be responsible for furniture that does not fit in your home, doorways, walls, stairs or any other structure(s). So please be sure to measure before you purchase.
Ordering
Ordering is simple. You can create an account and shop using our wish list feature. Once you are done shopping you can email your wish list to our payment department and we will process your order in the most expeditious way.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are made easily by calling us at 1-844-77-DIRECT. Please ask to speak to our billing department and someone will process your payment securely over the phone at no additional charge. Payment information is never stored and we respect your privacy.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by accessing my account from the top of the site. Please make sure you have your username and password ready. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.
Updating Account Information
Your account information can be updated 24 hours a day. Simply Log in to the website and click the “My Account” button shown at the top of the site. Once logged select the edit button next to Contact Information underneath the Account Information table.
